Job Overview

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with experience in women's apparel design and product development. The ideal candidate will combine fashion design skills with AI-powered tools to create innovative, trend-driven, and production-ready clothing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, prints, and silhouettes for women's apparel.
• Use AI tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly to develop design concepts, mood boards, and garment variations.
• Create fashion sketches, technical flats, colorways, and tech packs.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, vendors, and production teams.
• Coordinate sample development, fittings, design revisions, and garment quality reviews.
• Transform AI-generated concepts into commercially viable, production-ready designs.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in fashion design or apparel product development.
• Experience with women's clothing and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools.
• Knowledge of tech packs, fabrics, fit, sizing, and apparel production.
• A portfolio showcasing fashion designs and, preferably, AI-assisted concepts.

Preferred: Experience in plus-size fashion, 3D garment design tools such as CLO 3D, or fashion retail.
