Job summary

Chico’s Germantown is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a team‑driven, hospitality‑focused environment. You will share product knowledge, foster personalized service, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a visually inspiring store while supporting store leaders. Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
