Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Boca Raton to deliver outstanding guest service, share product knowledge, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will drive revenue while meeting individual and store goals, with duties including merchandising, POS transactions, and loss prevention compliance. Responsibilities include assisting guests, stocking and maintaining the sales floor, and supporting opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• May climb ladders and stairs as required by location.
• Ability to perform register transactions accurately and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and build relationships to drive revenue.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment and assist with merchandising and displays.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and daily sales associate tasks with a guest-focused approach.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately and adhere to loss prevention practices.
• Represent the brand with appropriate dress and grooming standards and participate in inventory prep.
