Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest service at our Boca Raton location. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment to support store goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work in retail.
• Physical ability for standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and moving store inventory.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest’s needs and building relationships.
• Acknowledges, interacts and builds loyalty with guests; fosters a positive atmosphere.
• Processes register transactions quickly and accurately; handles cash with care.
• Maintains clean, organized store environment and supports merchandising efforts.
• Adheres to loss prevention practices and participates in inventory preparation.
