Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Sales Associate for its Century City team in Los Angeles, CA. You will drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience, engaging in clienteling, and supporting store operations.

From styling guidance to brand familiarity, you’ll cultivate client relationships, manage data, and contribute to a welcoming, organized shop floor while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and maintain the brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Delivers Excellence and Empathy for clients, and understands brand DNA.
• Willingness to adapt to change and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Demonstrate styling expertise and knowledge of product and brand pillars.
• Cultivate client data and build relationships for repeat business.
