Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

You will oversee daily store operations, lead talent development, and drive sales through outstanding customer service and compelling store displays. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, while ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising are maintained.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
