Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Fashion Advisor in New York to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales. You will convert walk-ins into loyal clients, build relationships, and contribute to a premium in-store experience that reflects CHANEL’s heritage of luxury and service excellence.

You will collaborate with a diverse sales team, support alterations, and participate in ongoing training to deepen fashion expertise and product knowledge. Weekend or late-night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related retail experience.
  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

  • Provide superior client service and drive conversion and retention.
  • Lead energy and brand excitement to engage customers about products and CHANEL.

About the role:

We are looking for a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion. The Fashion Advisor will play a crucial role of consistently providing a superior level of service to clients, while increasing client conversion and retention, to drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The Fashion Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales-team, and report to the Boutique’s leadership.

Position Logistics:

Front of House Fashion:

Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 through $34.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
