Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services seeks a capable Farsi linguist to join our Reston, VA team, supporting a government agency with translation, transcription, and interpretation services as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES

• The linguist will conduct specialized collection of Science and Technology publication articles and patent applications, including full source-language text, in response to government guidance.
• The linguist will conduct supplementary research from foreign language sources on equipment and technologies identified.
• The linguist will translate selected technical documents upon request.
• Work will be performed during ordinary hours (e.g., 8-5) in an ordinary work week (Monday-Friday).
