Job description

Need 4 full-time, temporary, seasonal Farmworkers/Laborers to work in East Grand Forks, MN, starting from 4/1/2025.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Work begins on 07/1/2025: 40 hrs./week, Mon. to Fri., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a workweek will be paid at the rate of time and a half.
• Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST): Effective Jan 1, 2024, employees will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours per year, provided they work a minimum of 80 hours annually.

Job Duties:

Assist in growing, packaging, and shipping red and gold potatoes. Operate large farm equipment such as tractors, trucks, skid loaders, and forklifts. Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on farm machinery. Clean farm equipment.

Job Requirements:

• At least three (3) months of experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Class D (regular) driver's license.
• Repetitive movements required.
• Post-hire drug test at no cost; failing results in termination.
• No minimum education required; mechanical skills are beneficial.
