Workers will perform various tasks involved in operating a truck farm, which grows fruits and vegetables such as sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, broccoli, beets, pumpkins, melons, ornamental corn, apples, and peaches. Tasks include weeding, planting, pruning, suckering, staking, and harvesting by hand.

Additional responsibilities include tasks in the packing house, such as folding containers, cleaning produce, sweeping, and loading/unloading containers.
