Work Tasks to be performed:

• Apple Harvest: Hand harvest apples, which can be performed from a motorized platform and/or from the ground or a ladder.
• Cherry Harvest: Hand harvest cherries.
• Thinning: Manual process used to control the size and quality of the fruit.
• Tractor Driver: Operate a manual transmission tractor, including clutch and gear operation.
• Irrigator: Move water throughout the farm to irrigate the orchard properly.
• Checker: Assist the crew boss in collecting information.
• Pruning: Prune apple and cherry trees according to established procedures, considering different varieties.
• Forklift Operators: Operate forklifts according to manufacturer guidelines.
• General farm work.
