H2ajobs in Glen Ullin, North Dakota, seeks seasonal help to haul grain and operate farm machinery from November through March, with field prep from March to September.

You will drive tractors, repair equipment, and support planting, cultivation and spraying, with housing and meals provided and weekly transport to town for personal services. Three months’ experience and a valid driver’s license required.

From November through March, we need seasonal help to haul grain from fields to storage bins on the farm. In March, the employees will start preparing the fields for planting. From March to September, they will operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, and spray crops. They will need to repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Employer will offer free transportation to town for personal services (i.e. banking, groceries) at least once per week for non range workers.

Transport: The employer will pay the worker for reasonable costs incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad to the place of employment (inbound/outbound). The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.
