Job summary

HS Jeter Farms Partnership in Stuttgart, AR, is hiring full-time farmworkers for the winter season. You will operate GPS-guided Case tractors, application equipment, assist in grain storage, and perform routine shop maintenance and repairs.

Daily duties include manual labor and following supervisor instructions, with safety and proper attire required. Applicants must be 18+, have at least 1 month of experience, be able to lift 75 lbs, and obtain a driver’s license within 30–90 days.

Job Duties: Duties may vary from time to time. Workers will be required to operate farm implements such Case tractors with GPS guidance for purposes of tillage, bedding, and other ground preparation activities for the winter planting season. Workers will also operate custom application equipment as necessary for the purposes of ground maintenance and prevention of weeds during the winter months. Workers will be expected to assist in the integrity of grain being stored in bins, so a working knowledge of operating bins is preferred. Servicing and maintenance of all farm equipment will be performed by workers, as well as day-to-day responsibilities including manual labor, miscellaneous duties in and around the shop, including but not limited to small tool work, torch welding, other routine machinery maintenance and repairs as need, maintenance of drainage and irrigation systems, and other daily shop maintenance.

A copy of the work contract or a copy of the ETA 790 in lieu of a work contract, and any modifications, will be provided to the worker on the day the work commences.
