The employer is seeking a dependable, experienced, and mechanically inclined individual who can become a trusted member of a well-established family farming operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, modern equipment, hands-on crop production, and taking ownership of daily responsibilities. The operation produces approximately 4,500 acres of corn, soybeans, and specialty corn. A portion of the acreage is irrigated with center-pivot irrigation. The successful candidate will assist throughout the entire farming season, including tillage, planting, spraying, irrigation, harvest, grain handling, hauling, equipment maintenance, and winter shop work. This is not a position for someone interested in performing only one task.
