Job Responsibilities:

1. Plant, cultivate, and harvest various crops such as apples, pumpkins, and blueberries.
2. Use hand tools including shovels, hoes, rakes, pruning shears, saws, and ladders.
3. Perform duties such as tilling soil, applying fertilizer, transplanting, weeding, hand thinning, and pruning.
4. Apply general use pesticides under the supervision of a licensed applicator.
5. Pick, clean, sort, pack, process, and handle harvested products.
6. Set up, operate, repair, and maintain farm equipment, machinery, and buildings.
7. Participate in the setup and operation of irrigation equipment.

Working Conditions: Work is primarily outdoors, often in hot or cold weather. Physical requirements include bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds frequently.
