Job summary

EverGRO Cooperative in Upperville is seeking a part-time Farm Store Associate to assist customers and keep the store running smoothly during busy hours.

You will rotate between the sales floor and warehouse, greet regular customers, answer quick questions, and help customers with feed, fencing, and supplies to their vehicles. Expect varied weather and a steady pace as shifts end with store reset.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; agriculture interests are a plus.
• Willing and able to operate a forklift, lift product, and work indoors and outdoors.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Availability to work 3-4 days/week during store hours; preference for closing shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and solutions.
• Run the register and handle checkout, exchanges, and returns.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory counts.
• Load/unload deliveries and customer purchases; operate a forklift as needed.
• Fill propane cylinders and maintain a clean, safe store/warehouse.
