Job summary

EverGRO Cooperative is seeking a Farm Store Associate to deliver friendly service, manage checkouts, and help maintain the store showroom. You will cross-train for warehouse tasks, assist with propane filling, and support events and promotions.

Flexible hours average 15-20+ per week; forklift training and safety are part of onboarding. EverGRO is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to the community and growth.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement or years of professional experience.
• Prefer six (6) months of experience in a retail environment providing customer service and operating POS equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Saturdays 8am–3pm.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training.
• Able to learn to fill propane tanks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Desire to cross-train with other divisions within EverGRO.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with friendly and efficient service.
• Process checkout, exchanges and returns using POS.
• Maintain a clean, professional store showroom.
• Promote and set up store events and displays.
• Cross-train to support warehouse duties.
• Collaborate with team members on various tasks.
• Fill propane cylinders as needed.
• Stack and restock merchandise and assist inventory.
• Work 15-20+ hours per week depending on store needs.

• Work schedule will vary throughout Monday-Saturday, and will include rotation between opening/closing and weekend shifts potentially
