INSight Partners in Kentucky is seeking a Farm & Ranch Client Manager in our insurance agency customer service team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier service and seamless policy execution.

This role emphasizes building lasting partnerships with clients, carriers, and vendors, requiring proactive communication and strong organizational skills. Active Property & Casualty license is required or you must obtain one within three months with company support.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required or willing to obtain within first 3 months with company support.
• Experience in insurance agency customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, carriers, risk advisors, and supervisors.
• Stay informed about carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and legislative updates to provide accurate recommendations.
• Review and analyze client exposures to inform renewals or new business specifications.
• Prepare and evaluate quotes for competitiveness and accuracy; negotiate terms when appropriate.
• Collaborate with risk advisors to prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and premium financing while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with Account Manager to process policies, endorsements, audits, and client requests with precision.
• Maintain records, schedules, and renewal tracking for your book of business.
• Support special projects and process improvements as needed.
