Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking an on-site farm equipment operator responsible for manure handling, application, and maintenance. You will operate loaders, spreaders, and grinders to fertilize fields while ensuring safety and compliance with environmental guidelines.

Additionally, you will perform daily preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and assist with snow removal during winter. Housing and meals are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• 2 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days.
• Basic English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manure handling and application equipment and follow specified rates.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
• Load and process forage with grinder; monitor material quality and safety.
• Maintain load sheets and records for traceability.
