We are looking for high performing individuals for our 2027 summer internship program. Candidates should be a sophomore or junior majoring in an Agriculture related discipline with above average academic performance, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and an interest in the career field of Professional Farm Management.
The internship focuses on learning the skills and responsibilities of a Professional Farm Manager. A Professional Farm Manager represents individuals, families, and entities that own farmland but do not farm themselves. They help Farmland Owners make confident and informed decisions so they can achieve their ownership goals, financially, emotionally, and relationally.
The individuals selected will get the opportunity to learn about each of our client service divisions: Farm Management, Real Estate, and Appraisal by interacting with our knowledgeable staff and visiting several of our offices.
Internship would be based out of Nevada Iowa office. Travel will be involved to participate in company events and visit our other locations in the Midwest.
This is a full-time paid internship. Flexibility exists for start and end dates; typical expectation runs from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
