Sugah Cain Farms on Johns Island, SC is seeking a dependable Farm Maintenance Technician to keep our farm and facilities in excellent condition. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with starting wages around $20+ per hour based on experience.

You will mow, operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and assist with small construction projects to ensure a clean, safe, and well-kept farm environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating lawn and farm equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain fields, pastures, and landscaped areas.
• Operate tractors, zero-turn mowers, and other farm equipment.
