Job summary

Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection is seeking a Farm Host to be the friendly face and welcoming voice for guests from check-in to check-out. You will prepare guest documentation, handle inquiries, and coordinate transportation while promoting the property’s facilities and experiences.

As the first point of contact, you will build guest relationships, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional stay. Prior hospitality experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processes
• Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols
• Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments
• Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when needed
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures
• Document irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management as appropriate
• Serve as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations, amenities, local attractions, spa services, and dining options
• Maintain an organized Front Desk area with all necessary materials readily available
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services to guests
• Build collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments
