Kansas Ag Connection is hiring a Farm Hand to support day-to-day farm operations in the Central Plains. This full-time, hands-on role offers growth potential and may lead to an Assistant Manager position based on performance.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently or in a small team in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming or equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to work long, flexible hours during peak seasons.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate agricultural equipment in field and transport settings.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair of equipment and trucks.
• Support irrigation systems, including center pivot monitoring and maintenance.
• Haul grain, bales, and farm supplies as needed.
• Collect field, equipment, and operational data and log information using mobile or web-based tools.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment, vehicles, and workspaces.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist with additional farm duties as assigned based on seasonal needs.
