The W.C. Bradley Co. operates the Farm in Stewart County, Georgia.

This role assists in the operation and maintenance of the Farm and Lodge facilities. You will perform guest logistics, transportation, and support hunting guides, plus maintenance tasks including tractor operation, landscaping, firewood, hay, kennels, and boat upkeep. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2-3 years in forest/farm operations, ability to operate heavy equipment, willingness to work about 60 hours per

• Must be able to operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment.
• Availability to work ~60 hours per week during summer/early fall.
• Must be able to legally possess and safely use a firearm/hunting rifle/knife.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer service-oriented to create high-quality experiences for recreational users.

Mansioni

• Assist in operation and maintenance of the W.C. Bradley Co. Farm and Lodge.
• Provide guest care: check-in/out, transportation, and support to guides and lodge staff.
• Perform farm support tasks: drive tractor, landscaping, haying, kennels, and vehicle/boat upkeep.
• Maintain boathouse and boats: basic maintenance, fueling, cleaning after use.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
