AKE Safety Equipment is seeking ambitious field-based sales professionals for an independent 1099 outside-sales role nationwide. You will introduce farmers to STOP-FYRE® and develop trusted relationships to grow territory sales.

Qualifications

• Bring several years of successful outside-sales experience and can demonstrate results.
• Are competitive, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals.
• Having a connection to agriculture through farming, work experience, or selling to farmers.
• May have experience in construction, excavation, public safety, military service, or another hands-on industry.
• Think like an entrepreneur and work effectively without day-to-day supervision.
• Are coachable, accountable, and willing to adopt a proven sales approach.
• Care about the customer, believe in the product, and operate with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Your success will depend on consistent prospecting, farm-to-farm travel, disciplined follow-up, and closing ability.
• Independent 1099 outside-sales position with 100% commission compensation.
• AKE is highly selective because customers and team members depend on representatives who are professional, trustworthy, and persistent.
• AKE does not charge representatives or require them to purchase inventory in order to sell.
