Job summary

Riverview, LLP is hiring for a full-time on-site farm labor position in Minnesota. Duties include operating tractors to pack silage, load hay piles, and apply liquid manure within a 5-mile radius of the worksite. Lifting up to 75 lbs and frequent bending are required.

Shift is Day; 55 hours/week with some night work possible. Compensation is $14.60 per hour with potential additional compensation. Housing is provided for eligible workers, and inbound transportation is covered upon partial

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
• Worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors to pack silage and hay piles from the fall harvest; tractors remain on-site until piles are complete.
• Operate tractors to unload and stack straw bales on site; tractors will not leave the worksite.
• Liquid manure application using tractors and manure hoses within fields within a 5-mile radius; minimal driving on community roads.
