Job summary

Farmer Veteran Coalition is seeking a hands-on field team member to operate a variety of farm equipment across a 14,000 acre operation, primarily corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa. Training is provided for the right attitude and work ethic, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

You will handle tractors, balers, sprayers, GPS equipment, and trucks, scout fields for weeds and insects, and perform routine maintenance as needed. This is an on-site farm role requiring US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with farm equipment is preferred.
• Ability to operate tractors, combines, sprayers, and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of farm equipment including tractors, balers, rakes, grain carts, planters and sprayers.
• Scout fields for weeds and insects and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and work ethic focused on reliable performance.
