Farm Equipment Operator job at Klendworth Project Company, LLC. Gilman, IL. Position: Farm Equipment Operator
Pay: $50,000/ year + bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Operateadvanced farm equipment, including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvesters, to carry out field operations such as planting, fertilizing, spraying, and harvesting.
• Performdaily inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on farm equipment and trucks to maximize operational uptime.
• Assistwith equipment setup, calibration, and cleaning before and after field operations.
• Maintainaccurate records of loads hauled, maintenance completed, and fieldwork performed.
• Support general farm activities as needed, including loading/unloading materials, staging equipment, and helping with seasonal tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating large agricultural machinery.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
