Job summary

Awakened Ventures LLC is seeking a Farm Equipment Operator in Hoopeston, IL to operate tractors, loaders and fleet, transporting crops and applying fertilizers. Paid training is offered and CDL assistance is provided.

You will work with GPS systems and coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers daily. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with match, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating heavy machinery or equipment.
• Willing to operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Must be willing to obtain Class A CDL with company assistance.
• Willing to submit to background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, end-loaders, floaters, spreaders, sprayers, and trucks.
• Transport agricultural products to fields.
• Mix chemicals and fertilizers for application.
• Apply fertilizers/chemicals to crop fields with equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Use GPS and high-tech monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with leadership, drivers, dispatchers, and customers daily.
• Follow all applicable rules and regulations.

Career Responsibilities:

• Operating new machinery such as tractors, end-loaders, floaters, spreaders, sprayers (TerraGators and Rogators), and trucks.
• Transporting agricultural products from facility to crop fields.
• Mixing and blending of chemicals and fertilizers for application.
• Operating machinery to apply fertilizers and chemicals on crop fields.
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers as needed.
• Perform maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed.
• Utilize high-tech equipment and GPS systems monitoring systems.
• Work closely with leadership, truck drivers, dispatchers, and customers on a daily basis.
• Follow all rules and regulations as required.

Are You Qualified?
