The position requires over 5 years of mechanic experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of small diesel engines and diesel-era equipment is valued.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of mechanic experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with standard hand tools used in the trade.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• In-depth knowledge of small diesel engines is preferred.
• Experience working on farm tractors is a plus.
• 12-volt electrical troubleshooting/repair experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on tractors, sprayer equipment, golf carts, and forklifts to ensure optimal functionality.
• Utilize the work order app to assign and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Conduct periodic inspections of all farm equipment to identify and address issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance on schedule and to quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
