Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking a Farm Equipment Mechanic to maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems. You will test electrical components, tune engines, and record repairs and parts used.

Weekend/holiday work may be required. Housing and meals provided; transportation to grocery stores and work sites may be arranged by the employer. Experience: minimum 3 months in farming equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in farm machinery or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to show legal authorization to work in the United States within 3 days of hire.
• Drug/alcohol/tobacco-free work zone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems).
• Test and replace electrical components and wiring using meters and hand tools.
• Tune or overhaul engines; record repairs and parts used.
