Job summary

Castongia Tractor in Indiana seeks a Service Support/Equipment Detailer to assist the Service Manager and technicians in daily operations. You will clean and organize the shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment, and assist with parts delivery and equipment moving.

You will operate and maintain vehicles and equipment, participate in safety practices, and help keep the lot and grounds neat. The role runs Monday to Friday, with Saturday as needed, and includes breaks and lunch according to

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana driver's license is required.
• Must be able to operate residential & large farm equipment.
• Ability to climb up and down equipment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to operate a pickup truck with trailer for lawn & garden deliveries.
• Be on time every day.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Service Manager and technicians in the efficient operation of the department.
• Cleans, organizes and maintains the shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Assists service technicians as needed, including delivery of parts.
• Assists service technicians with repairing, servicing and moving equipment.
• May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for skill development.
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Responsible for cleanliness of lot and maintaining landscaping of the store grounds.
