Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a diverse book of commercial insurance, with a strong focus on farm and agriculture accounts. This role is well suited for someone with experience managing day-to-day commercial lines servicing activities and a valid P&C license.

The position offers in-office work with potential remote flexibility for highly qualified candidates, with growth opportunities into leadership and office management roles in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 3–5 years of commercial lines experience preferred.
• Farm and agriculture insurance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and client-focused approach.
• Interest in growth and potential leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to work in-office with remote flexibility based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for new and renewal business with a focus on renewals.
• Market and remarket accounts for coverage and pricing.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and COIs.
• Review policies for accuracy and answer client questions.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Assist clients with claims questions and responsive service.
• Support producers with ongoing account servicing needs.
• Manage a generalist commercial lines book, including farm/agriculture accounts.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in agency systems.
• Support office operations and expand responsibilities.
