Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated in Clinton, IN is seeking a Process Operator to support Farm Animal Manufacturing Operations across Fermentation, Product Recovery, and Product Finishing. You will operate and monitor large-scale equipment, follow batch records, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

This 12-hour rotating shift position offers a one-year fixed-duration contract with potential renewal and a $2,500 sign-on bonus; onsite work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent or 2-year technical degree.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing, industrial, or production experience in a regulated or process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor large-scale manufacturing and processing equipment across fermentation, recovery, and finishing operations.
• Follow production documentation, batch records, SOPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 9000, FDA, OSHA, and site safety standards.
• Support manufacturing activities including equipment cleaning, tank turnaround, material handling, and packaging.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, support preventive maintenance activities, and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain a safe work environment by using PPE and supporting housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives.
