The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience; a 2-year technical degree is acceptable. The position offers a one-year contract with potential renewal and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor large-scale manufacturing equipment across fermentation, recovery, and finishing operations.
• Follow all production documentation and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and site safety standards.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and material handling.
• Identify process improvements and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain a safe work environment through proper PPE and housekeeping.
