Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in corporate finance/ planning, and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Five years of work experience in corporate finance/planning, decision support, and strategy analysis of operations.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to present data clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for broad audiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance Farm & Grower Analytics team and lead the delegation of tasks.
• Lead the creation of analytic summaries for all MPL owned farms for each period.
• Create and maintain a financial forecast for the farms updated monthly.
• Roll out a BI reporting plan including dashboards and data source integration.
• Develop costing per SKU and per m2 at the farm level and analyze variances.
• Support management in annual budgeting and operating plan development.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and board briefings.
• Build capability and mentor colleagues to strengthen analytics across the team.
