Job Description:
We seek highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our team at our Bismarck and Fargo locations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Stay updated on advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
