Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Promotions Team member to support fan engagement at TQL Stadium and Washington Park during home matches and select outside appearances. You will assist with activations, operate Fan Zones, and help deliver exciting, family-friendly experiences that elevate match-day messaging.

Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Applicants should bring energy, a love for soccer, and a willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• Pursuing or obtained bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage fans, sponsors and stakeholders.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Strategic planner with ability to execute plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with multi-branded marketing and sponsorship environments.
• Ability to independently resolve issues and manage issues effectively.
• Must be 18 years or older and fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of Washington Park activations including setup and teardown of inflatables, tents, etc.
• Operate game day Fan Zones at Washington Park, plazas, and Mercy Health Plaza with engaging activities.
• Provide directions and match-day information to fans as needed.
• Engage with fans to encourage participation and create a lively atmosphere.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate promotions and giveaways into entertainment.
• Coordinate in-game promotions and assist with pre-match ceremonies.
• Distribute promotional materials and manage branding activities during games.
• Assist the matchday host with activations.
• Keep equipment organized, in good condition, and stored after each game.
• Be flexible with schedule changes due to weather or other delays.
• Present a professional appearance in full uniform.
