Qualifications

• Five to seven years of professional experience in product marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting retail, consumer goods, or ecommerce product launches across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of channel performance optimization, including email, paid media, web, social, and organic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, consolidate, and communicate product information, campaign objectives, and key messaging to support successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and distribute campaign briefs outlining product highlights, target audiences, promotional assets, and strategic objectives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring campaign milestones and deadlines are clearly documented and communicated across teams.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, social, PR, email, web, and paid media teams for cohesive campaign execution.
• Review campaign materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.
• Monitor campaign progress, identify risks, and collaborate to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Analyze channel and campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support post-campaign reporting and performance reviews with learnings and recommendations to improve future efforts.
