Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.
• Contribute to a welcoming, energetic store environment and maintain clean fixtures.
• Execute merchandising tasks (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery) as directed.
• Support floor moves and transitions under leadership guidance.
• Deliver a welcoming, energetic customer experience using the Party model and resolve basic issues.
