Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Manager, Fan Engagement to drive digital campaigns for Epic Records’ artist roster. You will manage social channels, email/SMS, and web properties to grow fan acquisition, engagement, and retention, while aligning with Marketing and Artist teams.

You’ll bring 4+ years in digital/social media marketing, a passion for R&B/Hip Hop, and experience with creative tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and iMovie.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in digital/social media marketing.
• Experience at a record label, entertainment company, or social media agency preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience executing digital strategies and daily social-platform management.
• Working knowledge of creative tools such as Photoshop, iMovie, Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of social media, web properties, and email/SMS channels for designated artists.
• Execute digital and social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Snapchat.
• Create and publish copy/content to increase engagement and reach.
• Support growth and engagement initiatives for established and developing artists.
• Partner with Marketing and Artist teams to build editorial calendars across digital platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform future efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital execution with marketing priorities.
