Rally House is seeking a Teammate to join our team and deliver an energetic, guest-centric shopping experience. You will help drive sales, merchandising, and store operations with a strong emphasis on teamwork and detail.

The role supports a welcoming, party-like atmosphere and requires initiative to complete daily tasks accurately and on time. The Teammate will engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products while upholding brand standards and loss-prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
