Job summary

Boulder County Human Services Department is hiring an Ongoing Caseworker B to work with families facing safety concerns and complex needs. The role supports assessment-driven practice, coordination of clinical and community supports, and keeping families together where possible.

This full-time, benefited position is based at 515 Coffman St, Longmont, CO with an exempt FLSA status and a 63,828.00—77,886.00 annual salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to child welfare with relevant coursework.
• Minimum of one year of human services casework experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of families with monthly in person visits.
• Assess safety, risk, and protective capacities of families.
• Coordinate service authorizations and required documentation.
• Develop treatment plans based on needs and risks.
• Write court reports and participate in hearings.
• Engage with clients, providers, and the Court to progress cases.
