Job summary

Boys Town is hiring a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist in the United States. This full-time role involves safely transporting youth to and from family visits, supervising visits for safety, guiding parents with constructive engagement, and documenting visits and concerns.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 1+ year of youth care experience, with a valid driver’s license and mileage reimbursement; shifts include evenings and weekends.

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to drive extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
  • Ability to provide own transportation and meet insurance requirements.

Must have sufficient ability to see, hear, speak, and mobility to monitor youth. Duties are performed in both indoor and outdoor settings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to outside weather conditions and may be required to visit homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets. Travel/transportation is a significant responsibility of this position.
