Job summary

Community Care ME is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Family Visitation Program across Somerset, Knox, and Waldo Counties. Based in Skowhegan, you will supervise Visit Support Workers, review referrals, and coordinate visits, with regular travel to Rockland and Belfast.

This role requires reliable transportation, a Maine driver's license, ability to lift children, and flexibility to meet peak 2-7pm hours Mon-Fri. Our team provides a cell phone, laptop, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• At least 12 months of experience working with children and families.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Visit Support Workers.
• Review and assign visitation referrals.
• Assist in supervising visits when necessary.
• Oversee visitation centers and review documentation.
• Collaborate as part of the team to manage the program.
