Memories by Christi is seeking a Family Vacation Specialist to help families design unforgettable trips, from planning to departure. You will research destinations, compare options, coordinate reservations, and manage travel details with support from training.

This remote role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and access to planning tools as you grow your travel business while delivering memorable vacations for families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research family-friendly destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and activities
• Learn about each family's travel preferences, needs, ages, and budget
• Recommend vacation options based on the client's priorities
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and activities
• Assist with reservations, payments, travel documents, and important deadlines
• Keep client and reservation information organized and accurate
• Maintain professional communication throughout the planning process
• Assist clients with questions and reservation changes when needed

Job description

Help families create memorable vacations without the stress of handling every detail on their own. As a Family Vacation Specialist, you'll assist parents and families with researching destinations, comparing vacation options, coordinating reservations, and organizing travel details from the early planning stages through departure.

You may help plan family cruises, resort vacations, theme park trips, beach getaways, and other family-focused experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required, as training and ongoing support are provided.
