SUMMARY
The Family Treatment Court (FTC) Parent Coach works specifically with the 9th Circuit Court Family Treatment Court. The FTC Parent Coach will provide transportation for the parents and the children involved in FTC for parenting time/visitation. The Parent Coach will also provide services to parents in FTC such as psychoeducation, coaching, modeling, and reinforcement techniques. This position requires a flexible work schedule, which may include weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with the FTC needs and Family & Children Service's needs. More specifically the Parent Coach may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those described below:

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma and two years' experience working with families in crisis or 62 college credit hours in a human services or related field from an accredited college.
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree
CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Michigan driver's license and driving record which complies with agency policy.
