Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Three years of case management experience preferred.
• Two years of experience working with the criminal justice population preferred.
• Background in addictions counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement services and activities of the court program.
• Direct and evaluate program operations to ensure compliance with accountability court standards.
• Provide statistical data for grant reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Directly supervise two or more full-time employees and oversee daily operations.
• Attend status review meetings, court sessions, and hearings.
• Coordinate referrals and collaboration with other accountability courts and DFCS.
