Job summary

Clarvida seeks a part-time Family Time Facilitator to supervise family visits and support reunification efforts within community, DHS offices, and home environments. You will use trauma-informed methods to coach parenting skills, provide psychoeducation, and document progress for court proceedings.

The role involves advocacy, collaboration with caseworkers, and transportation of clients, with opportunities for additional hours and paid training in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, or knowledge of child welfare.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and access to a vehicle.
• Organized and able to independently maintain your schedule.
• Availability for at least one weekend day and evenings to meet caseload requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise family interactions in community, DHS offices, and home.
• Provide trauma-informed parenting skills training and psychoeducation.
• Document progress for court and report concerns as needed.
• Transport clients safely and coordinate transportation as necessary.
• Advocate for families and coordinate with caseworkers and professionals.
