Family Therapist, Lucas County, OH (LSW or LPC)

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Family Therapist to provide evidence-based services using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model. This role involves working with at-risk youth and their families in the community to address behavioral issues, substance abuse, delinquency, and conduct disorder. The therapist will deliver short-term, scientifically supported interventions as part of our Intensive In-Home Services team in Lucas County.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver FFT-based mental health services to youth and families
  • Manage a small caseload with travel to client homes and community locations
  • Review and update treatment plans regularly
  • Participate in FFT training and certification processes
  • Complete daily documentation and assessments
  • Support family reunification and stabilization efforts
  • Provide safety assessments, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
  • LSW or LPC required (LISW or LPCC preferred)
  • Experience in individual and family therapy
  • Experience working directly with youth and families preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
  • Strong computer and technology skills
